EU Machinery Regulation 2023/1230: your technical file, machine-readable
The EU Machinery Regulation applies from 20 January 2027, and from that date the instructions for use and the EU declaration of conformity default to digital format. Downstream integrators increasingly expect the technical documentation to be machine-readable too. AAS Studio reads your existing documentation and produces the AAS file your customers ask for.
The pain today
- Your technical file is a 200-page PDF in your DMS, with no machine-readable counterpart.
- Notified bodies and downstream integrators want digital nameplate + CE conformity in AAS form.
- The Machinery Regulation submodel is new, so your team has no template to start from.
What AAS Studio delivers
- Pre-built EU Machinery 2023/1230 template covering Nameplate + Technical Data + Documentation.
- Engineer-certified workflow: every field reviewed and signed before export.
- Output in AASX, XML, or JSON, whichever your customer asks for.
